Vietnamese Goi Cuon & Banh Mi Workshop


Discover Vietnam and prepare two of its famous foods, Goi Cuon, the Vietnamese spring roll, and Banh Mi, the Vietnamese baguette sandwich, in this exclusive workshop suitable for all experience levels.

Participants will learn how to prepare, eat, and appreciate delicious Goi Cuon and Banh Mi in this workshop.

Registered participants should arrive 10 minutes before the start of the session in the lobby. Limited spaces are available.

This workshop is part of Asian Culture & Music Series. The March programme explores Vietnam through fun workshops and special performances on Friday and Saturday (30 and 31 March). Enjoy an outdoor water puppet show, traditional Vietnamese Dan Da (lithophone – a stone instrument) performance, and a fusion pop concert.

Why is there a refundable deposit?

As the venue has limited spaces, the deposit will be held as a form of commitment from the registrant. The deposit will be refunded 24 hours after this workshop, through Peatix, in the same manner as your payment (e.g. credit card or Paypal).

1. A refundable deposit of $10/pax will be collected upon registration on Peatix. This deposit will be refunded 24 hours after this workshop (standard Credit Card refund windows apply). In the event of no show, the deposit will be forfeited.

2. Please be punctual for the registration. We reserve the right to open the spaces for walk-in participants if registrants are late.
